Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to every order placed with us. 

Home Crayons ships its products only through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.
  • Delivery time for shipping varies depending on the city tier.
  • For metros, expect shipping between 2 to 7 days
  • For rest of India, expect shipping between 3 to 10 days. 
  • Please expect a slight delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting operational abilities. 
  • The product will be dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • All orders ships from our warehouse in Panipat, Haryana, India. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • For international orders, free shipping does not apply. Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout.
  • Only Prepaid orders will be processed for international shipments.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • Customers are requested to pay the applicable duties and taxes (If there are any) directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery gets cancelled, no refunds will be processed. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
  • We do not offer any exchange or returns on international shipments.

  • All international orders ships from our warehouse in Panipat, Haryana, India. 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:

  • The order status can be tracked using the order Id and email Id/mobile number at “Track You Order” section on our website.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
  • Please fill the complete shipping address at the time of checkout including pin code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

MODES OF PAYMENT:

  • For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Rupay & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
  • All prepaid orders are accepted for international shipments.
